This event is designed to inspire hospital leaders to create a culture of learning to improve leadership effectiveness and team engagement; to invest in growing our leaders as a foundation to achieving goals and to create a learning environment focused on information and education. Highlighting the way to nurture mental health in working teams and to manage change effectively.

1. Leaders will understand the difference between change management and change leadership, and be able distinguish their unique role in the organization
2. Recognize expected leadership behaviors for PH physician leaders. Classify the steps of creating accountability. Demonstrate delivering feedback

Wright State University (WSU) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. WSU designated this CME activity for a maximum of 5.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].
