MVH Cardiovascular MMI

MVH Cardiovascular MMI is a monthly CME activity that is intended to identify best approaches to cardiovascular patient care. This is done through successful application of best evidence-based practices and recommendations by subspecialty experts. The goal of this activity is to reduce morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular patients by means of thorough discussion amongst multidisciplinary care team members.

1. To identify physician quality issues by cardiologists and CT surgeons as defined by the criteria of STS (Society of Thoracic Surgeons) and ACC (American College of Cardiology).
2. To evaluate specialty opportunities for practice improvement.
3. To engage in the most current best practice standards in cardiology and cardiac surgery.

Wright State University (WSU) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. WSU designated this CME activity for a maximum of 1.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].
