DCH PICU Performance Improvement

Occurs every 2 months on the 2nd Wednesday starting on 7/1/2024 at 12:00 PM
Monday, July 1, 2024, 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM, Dayton Children’s Hospital, Dayton, OH


AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (1.50 hours), General Attendance (1.50 hours), Non-Physician Attendance (1.50 hours)

Monitor and evaluate care provided in the ICU through case discussions with multidisciplinary input. On going evaluation of current practice protocols in the ICU reviewed through case discussion and strategies which need to make any changes.

1. Approve procedural skills.
2. Manage clinical ill patients in the ICU.
3. Apply quality improvements on a day to day basis.
4. Implement evidence based practice.
5. Employ current standard of care.

Wright State University (WSU) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. WSU designated this CME activity for a maximum of 1.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].
